2. All attempts at using automated software, tools, etc., will be considered a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

Bonus Abuse Prevention: We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if we suspect that you're attempting to manipulate bonuses or promotions in any way.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

Verification Before Withdrawals

Voided Play: If we reasonably believe a user has attempted or is attempting to commit an act of fraud with regard to the Platform's gameplay or systems, then any such gameplay may be declared void in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Game Fairness and RNG Systems

Our Platform uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system for generating outcomes during the daily timer challenge. In addition, our competition results are determined solely by published Lotto Bonus Ball results from the specified draw date. Players can independently compare their selected numbers with these official results.

Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay: If we reasonably believe that a user's account has been used in a way which is detrimental to other users' experiences of the Platform, then any such gameplay may be declared void and your access restricted accordingly without prior notice.

Suspension or Closure of Accounts

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to:

1. Suspend: Your account for reasons that include but are not limited to:
   • Restricted behaviour.

ThePlatform, including all content, materials and intellectual property rights (such as copyrights), is owned by The BonusBall. All users agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit or use this material for public or commercial purposes without our express prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any direct damages arising from:

1. Force Majeure: Any event beyond the reasonable control of The BonusBall.
2. Interruptions in Service.

In no case will we assume liability under the applicable law or otherwise for indirect, incidental and consequential losses suffered by you due to our failure to perform any obligation hereunder that can be excluded notwithstanding any applicable law.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time with immediate effect without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
